Change of mind: Products may be returned for up to 30 days after purchase due to change of mind provided the following conditions are met.
- Product must be unopened, as new and in saleable condition
- Customers must provide a copy of the original purchase receipt.

Missing, incorrect or damaged goods: We will upon your request replace, repair or adequately compensate for any items which are not delivered in good condition or as per your order. We may under certain conditions require the return of damaged goods.
To request a refund or return: Customers must contact us via email to arrange the return: contact.us@thegamesavior.com, to reduce processing time, please attach a copy of your original purchase receipt and photos of any damaged goods.
Any returned funds will always be credited to the same account as payment.
